Effective date: August 15, 2026Alfalaq Inbox is operated by Computer & Mobile Guru. These Terms govern access to and use of Alfalaq Inbox. The platform is an internal customer-service system for authorized Alfalaq owners, supervisors, and employees.
Authorized use
Users must use their own account, keep credentials confidential, follow assigned permissions, and access customer information only for legitimate customer-service and business purposes.
Prohibited conduct
- Unauthorized access, credential sharing, scraping, or security testing.
- Sending spam, deceptive content, unlawful messages, or content that violates Meta policies.
- Exporting, selling, or using customer information for unauthorized purposes.
- Attempting to bypass access controls, logs, assignment rules, or platform restrictions.
Facebook and Messenger
The service depends on Meta Platform services. Availability, permissions, and functionality may change based on Meta policies, platform status, Page settings, and access-token validity.
Customer communications
Authorized staff are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of messages they send. Conversation activity may be logged for security, quality, assignment, and performance reporting.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, compliance, or operational reasons. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
Access may be disabled when employment or authorization ends, when these Terms are violated, or when necessary to protect customers and the service.
