User Data Deletion Instructions
Effective date: August 15, 2026Alfalaq Inbox is operated by Computer & Mobile Guru. You may request deletion of information processed by Alfalaq Inbox in connection with messages sent to an Alfalaq Facebook Page.
Email manso_w@hotmail.com with the subject Alfalaq Inbox Data Deletion Request.
Include your Facebook display name, the Alfalaq Page you contacted, the approximate date of the conversation, and a safe method for us to confirm your identity. Do not send your Facebook password or access token.
We will verify the request, locate the relevant Page-scoped record, and confirm receipt. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days.
What will be deleted
Where applicable, we will delete or anonymize the Page-scoped customer profile, messages, attachments stored by Alfalaq Inbox, conversation assignments, and related customer-service metadata.
Exceptions
We may retain limited information when required for legal obligations, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or proof that a deletion request was completed. Retained information will not be used for unrelated purposes.
Facebook-side deletion
This process deletes information controlled by Alfalaq Inbox. To delete information held directly by Facebook or Messenger, use the privacy and account controls provided by Meta.
