Effective date: August 15, 2026Alfalaq Inbox is operated by Computer & Mobile Guru. Alfalaq Inbox is an internal customer-service platform used to receive, organize, and respond to messages sent to Facebook Pages owned or managed by Alfalaq.
Information we collect
- Facebook Page-scoped user identifiers and Page identifiers.
- Names and profile information made available by Meta for customer-service use.
- Messages, attachments, message timestamps, delivery events, read events, and interactions with Page messaging features.
- Internal employee account details, conversation assignments, status changes, replies, and security audit records.
- Technical information required to operate and secure the service, such as request logs and error records.
How we use information
We use this information to provide customer support, route conversations to authorized employees, respond to customer requests, maintain service records, measure response performance, prevent abuse, secure the platform, and comply with applicable law.
Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell personal information. Information is available only to authorized Alfalaq personnel and service providers that help operate our hosting, database, security, and Meta messaging integrations. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, Alfalaq, or the public.
Data retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for customer support, business records, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted Page access tokens, HTTPS, logging, and other safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Facebook and Messenger are services of Meta. Your use of those services is also governed by Meta's own terms and privacy policy. Alfalaq Inbox processes only information made available through authorized Meta Platform integrations.
